IMPORTANT: Shipping times are delayed due to Australia Post’s new protocols because of Coronavirus.
Aroamas are sent through Australia Post. You can choose to have them posted as either a large letter (no tracking) or a parcel (with tracking). We HIGHLY recommend choosing the tracking option.
All shipping options provided at checkout are for orders up to 45 individual sticks, or the equivalent weight of additional products. If you’d like to place an order for more than this amount, please contact us for a quote and invoice.
You will only have tracking if you choose that option at checkout. We recommend this option because we cannot track an item otherwise after it is sent off.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are holding off on shipping internationally for the time being. When things start to calm in a few months, we will consider opening up our shop to international orders.
Shipping times vary by destination. Please be aware that these numbers are general estimations and not guarantees
- Domestic (within Australia): 2-8 days, depending on destination
- International: 3-14 business days (working days)
These numbers do not account for any delays at customs or with the local postal system. Please be patient. For international orders, please be prepared to wait 3 weeks from time of order to receive your package. Most US orders tend to arrive within 10 business days, but again, this is not a guarantee. For time-sensitive deliveries, please get in touch to upgrade your shipping method.
Domestic Australian Orders
- Large Letter (No Tracking): $3 (up to 10 sticks)
- Parcel + Tracking: $9 (up to 45 sticks)
It is the responsibility of the buyer to research his/her country’s customs rules and regulations. The buyer is also responsible for any extra fees that might occur from customs. Aroamas will not change values on customs forms, or declare orders as “gifts”. Occasionally, orders may get held up in customs. Aroamas is not responsible for delays caused by this process.
Due to the cosmetic nature of our product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you are not happy with your order, or in the rare case an order wasn’t fulfilled properly, please get in touch as soon as possible.
